What version of Kontakt is used in the templates?

The DAW templates are built with Kontakt 6.

Do the templates come with sounds?

No, these templates do not contain any sounds/libraries. You need to own the original sound libraries for each template. 

There are no sounds in the Metropolis Ark template!

Correct, unfortunately the security protocol from Orchestral Tools doesn't allow selling templates with their sounds preloaded. All you have to do is cultivate the preloaded instrument instances with the corresponding instruments, save it and you're ready to go.
